I recently hired League of Chefs to provide catering to a private Christmas gathering at our home. Not only was the food of the highest quality and presented well, I hired her servers to pass the food and have a bartender to serve our beverages. Nicole and her team were friendly, professional, and definitely worth the money!
This was my first time at Provisions? League of Chefs? Ordered a Fried Chicken sandwich and was given a number and went to wait outside. 40 minutes later I walked in to check on the order and it was sitting next to the register. I asked the person (women) how long it had been sitting there as I had been patiently waiting right outside, and she started getting short with me saying that it was really busy. Busy? I saw about 6-7 people walk in and out in the 40 minutes. The person came off as "Karen". I really didn't want to take a cold fried chicken sandwich, but as she wouldn't acknowledge the fact that it had been sitting there and I was not to even question how long it had been sitting there, I took it and left. Upon going outside, I saw someone giving a person who had shown up 10 minutes before there order and asked if she was the owner, she said no and asked why. I told her that the service kind of sucked and she was taken aback as though this couldn't be. Anyway, I'm giving them a bad review and also sending an email to hopefully the owner about the service. It's not hard to give a person a to go order while it's still hot and not get all flustered when there's really no business anyway.....
