Door locked, lights off during buisness hours. No sign explaining why. Been too many problems here lately. Slowest service and no energy in most employees.

We went at 5pm on a weekday and some woman was knocking on the window. The staff had locked up without any signage but were still clearly visible and working. Rather than take 30 seconds to open the door and say something courteous, such as "We apologize, we had to shut down early for X reason", they simply ignored her and pretended she wasn't there. I felt bad for the woman, as that's extremely poor customer service. Definitely not frequenting thus location again any time soon.
Staff are always very nice. My go to ones are any with raspberry, mango, or pineapple & sherbet. Sooo refreshing on a hot day !!
Friendly and fast service. I LOVE it when they put the extra smoothie in an extra cup for me (it usually happens when I add whey protein to a large size).Good COVID procedures such as asking guests to wait outside when they are busy.
Good customer service but seem to run out of products ie cups or supplies . Also if you are Using pick up option not all items are available online
Poor customer service. Rude. And slow.
It smelled very bad inside, and they were out of bags so they just handed me my pretzel in napkins.
