I usually drive by for a quick meal and I don't really have any issues here aside from the long wait at the drive-thru from time to time. However, recently I got an iced coffee and just before I take a drink I find a small, black speck floating. I thought it may be a coffee ground, but on closer inspection it turned out to be a small fly. I immediately threw it out and even checked my other foods.
This location usually has a line of more than 6 cars in the drive thru. I’m guessing that is because of the consistently fresh food and good customer service at night. I’ve had a few issues with cold fries, but they rectified it quickly.
i like jack in the box but lately that i have order food. i been given the wrong order. I ask for tacos with no lettuce or sauce for my kid and they give me regular tacos. today that i order 6 they only gave me 4 order 2 with no sauce or lettuce they gave me all 4 with no lettuce or sauce been trying to reach them and no answer. no good
Food is always good, can be slow at drive thru the sometimes but that's expected but the order is almost always accurate
jack is the man as always as far as selection goes. so I tried loaded mini tacos ......expectations fell short did i eat the.yes would i reorder nope nice try but it dont fly with me. if you try them let me know what you think but consider yourself warned.I am Dre Day Of The Bay And I I approve this message!
Good is guess. Prices go up and down. One jack in the box prices are higher than the other in Vallejo. And 1 is rude and the other not. What more can I say.
On this visit, we ordered the Spicy Cluck'N Sourdough Sandwich (add Jalapeños) and regular size Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee. The sandwich was pretty good, but a little too heavy whereas I wouldn't eat it more than once a week. The Iced Coffee was refreshing. All in all, it was a great dinner. Thanks Jack!
Okay the food is kind of standard at Jack in The box so it's what you'd expect but the other night at this one over by 37 and the girls voice on the microphone was totally hot! Okay yeah I don't have a problem with it call me a pig but it was and she was efficient and totally did her job correctly and then when I got up to the window cuz you know you hear these things all the time and you expect the chick to be a mud duck or something when you pull up and she was totally smoking hot as well! I will probably never get to hear her voice again but I thought I should put that shot in there cuz I know that the turnover at these places is high but it was great experience and I told her so!
If you're looking for the taste of American Fast Food this is the place to go. Open 24/7. Have provided excellent service everytime.
Normally I would rate this place 4 stars for the great service, reasonable pricing, and hours of operation but because I like to go to this Jack in the box for my late nite munchies, for the last 3 weeks they appear to be closed from midnight to early morning...They place chairs in the driveway to block access and no one answers the phone to explain what is going on...at least post something on the door or change your web site to reflect your change in hours....
