It is a small great business where they make you feel very welcome and their food is good, I love the little bite churros they give as dessert after your meal! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I’ll be back, hasta la vista tesoro de Mazatlán
The place was a little run down inside but the excellent food way way made up for it.A little more than I expected to pay, but didn't matter, good was very very good!The guy behind the counter was so polite and took great care of us.I'd recommend you try this place out!
I really enjoy this place. Food is so flavorful. Fish tacos are favorite for us. There's music playing in the background. Staff is amazing, nice and attentive.
We ordered the chicken enchiladas and a carnitas burrito. The enchilada was a little too salty. The burrito was good. We’ll order again.
Have been a few times and have had great experiences each time at El Tesoro. First and foremost, the owner/staff are always extremely kind and personal with the customers. You can definitely tell they appreciate you and want to make you happy. Second - the food is definitely the best in the area. My biggest complaint with similar places is the salsas lack flavor but El Tesoro brings tons of flavor in all of their salsas. Additionally, I've tried a variety of their menu and have found all dishes to be high quality and tasty! My go to place to take local and out of town visitors.
Amazing mission style burritos, churros, and ceviche molcajete. Worth the stop if you're in Vallejo / East Bay.
Super accommodating for our family of six, every single employee was super kind and attentive. We literally watched them run out of the restaurant to give someone a phone they found while clearing a table. Solid food, delicious churro desert and great people. Not a choice you’d regret.

The restaurant was recommended by a local friend. We're always happy to support small businesses and checked it out. Small, hole-in-the-walls are the best and this did not disappoint. The staff are extremely friendly, courteous & professional. The site itself is clean and well-maintained. If you enjoy a diverse Mexican cuisine, give El Tesoro a try. You will not be disappointed.
Funky location and tiny interior. Like a converted hallway, half for seating, half for the ordering counter and kitchen. Kitchen area was out in the open, could easily see all the cooking going on. Website with menu posted, but no online ordering. Had to call in the order, but smooth process, could hear the staff voice clearly. Tasty flavorful food. Great service. Generous with the salsa on the side.
