WORST SERVICE EVER! We placed online order and they gave only half full ice cream without any add-ons that we ordered. Workers are always super lazy and unprofessional!
Good ice cream but need more varieties of choices
This is the worst cold stone I’ve been to. The customer service is horrible and when we were over charged for items we did not order, I asked for it to be corrected and the girl at the register actually looked at another worker and said in front of us. “I’m just going to quit right now, I don’t even want to deal with this”Unbelievable!!! I’ll never go in there again. Train your employees properly, this is not rocket science, it’s ice cream.

Terrible customer service! I placed an online order for an ice cream cake and it was canceled 1 hour before it was supposed to be delivered claiming that the store was closed even though it was 3:00 in the afternoon during their open hours. Despite the cancelation, they still charged me for the cake. When I called to have the money refunded I was told that the manager wasn't at the store and only he could access the past orders. The girl who was on the line took down my info to forward it to him when he would be in. I waited a day and never received a follow-up call so I called back again. I called on 4 different occasions throughout the day and no one picked up! This isn't the first time they do this, my friend also had a similar experience when ordering a cake delivery from this location. Do not place online orders!

I went in to the store to get milk shakes and notice one employee with her face mask below her nose and asked her to please cover her nose she ignored me then I asked another employee to ask her to please cover. Her nose which was also big and then she gave me a bad look and she then pulled it up only to fall back down and she didn’t cover her nose again I think if you want me to cover my face you should cover yours without having an attitude so they can keep there ice cream I’ll go to the store sorry but you lost my business and you should implement better work issues to cdc standards and leave employees home if the don’t want to abide by rules
