Well I just went there to support a very worthy fundraiser and I was treated very rudely by one of the young ladies there! after I was explaining to her about putting an order towards the fundraiser and I started to continue my order which was $50 she told me that I would have to go get back in line which left seven people ahead of me! And when they made up the dishes they were very sloppily done I'm sure she did not like me telling her how rude she was by making me get back in line after I had been there first! :( Plus my sister-in-law said it was not a very clean place and the soda machine only had a few working! They had plenty of employees but a couple of them could use attitude adjustments when dealing with the public!
We ordered online, went to the store and had to wait 10 minutes from some to give us our online order. I get home and all that was in my bowl was rice and meat no beans or lettuce or corn that was on my order. My other two bowls where completely mess up and cold. I will never go to the Vallejo Chipotle again. I hope they close this location
This site was out of guacamole and lettuce. The bathrooms are closed they're a whole bunch of tables stacked up in the corner blocking the bathrooms. The salsa and the beans for the burritos all like flavor. The tables were all dirty. The place look like it was ransacked and they were running out of it absolutely everything. I've been to other locations and they've been great I don't know if it's a staffing issue but it also is a management issue because they weren't ordering supplies for the stuff. We had just left six flags Discovery Kingdom and that's when nice thing is that it is close to six flags. The other issue is that there was a lot of traffic in the parking lot because there's a Chick-fil-A near there with very long lines. It did fill our bellies but I was wondering what the place being a mess and I'm not being able to keep it up if they were keeping up with checking the temperatures of the food and such.
Everything SO dirty. Floors, tables, kitchen. So gross! I walked out after seeing garbage and pieces of food everywhere. I think you’d either get food poisoning or super powers after eating here.Bathrooms clean, strangely enough. You get a star for that.
Worst place ever. I don’t recommend ordering online because they will screw your order and make you wait another 15 minutes passed promised time . And when there is wrong with order they will refused to give a refund
Its chipotle. 4/5 since not all staff seems to be trained
Quick service and fresh ingredients. Not really mexican, but it is what it is.
Anything from burritos to tacos are very good because the meat is very fresh if you want anything Mexican food based on burritos and tacos that's the place to go
This place takes forever. Horrible service find a different chipotle
Very rude staff. Wanted red sauce in my bowl and they poured a cup in like an unfunny prank, way too spicy not enjoyable at all.
