Love this place always. They did mess up my order, the girl at the register kept repeating it back to me wrong and correcting it so I thought she got it right but it still came out wrong when we got it. So that was weird and she didn't give me a receipt so I could not prove anything. Chick-fil-A was my very first job so I'm very partial to this restaurant and fond of all of them. So I was kind of taken aback that they didn't offer to fix the mistake, they usually do. Anyways, what's done is done. Still my fav fast food.

Very busy location. Once walking inside saw a very fast paced environment. Clean interior and exterior. Long line in drive thru, however was being attenended to and serviced quickly. Wait time was about 1 minute standing in line before order was taken, order was ready about 3-4 minutes later. Bathroom was tidy. Food tasted good, kale salad was really good! Highly recommend strawberry lemonade!
This Chick-fil-A is easy to find and get to off of Interstate 80 in Vallejo, as usual the Chick-fil-A is very clean and well maintained. Anybody that loves Chick-fil-A surely won't be disappointed with a visit to this particular unit. The parking lot is large and well lit.
Its not often that i go to a restaurant, seek consistency, and great service and have it fall short. I recently visited this location to grab lunch i noticed the taste was different than other times i returned home and immediately realized something was wrong, my stomach was churning and violently bloated. I got food poisoning due to this. Make sure the taste is good and if anything is off throw it away!
food taste quality good the wait in drive thru a lil long but they have employees out side taking orders to fast track the wait my issue the price it was me and my 2 boys 4yrs and 6yrs for lunch for us 3 $30.00 and the waffle fries were the item I was most looking forward to was cold so in short they fell short of being affordable and efficient the only reason 3 and not 2 is because the staff was nice as the preformed there jobsDre Day Of The Bay and I approve this message
The spicy chicken sandwich was very good and the chicken strips were enjoyed by my lady! She said they were the she has had! The reason we went was the peppermint shake, that was greta!!? no change
We ordered three salads and two of the salads were not correct one of them had grilled chicken instead of nuggets and the other one was just completely wrong and it was a market salad instead of a Cobb salad.
The chicken sandwich comes completely dry. You have to put on any mayonnaise or mustard or anything that you want on the sandwich. I've never experienced that at any other fast food restaurant. Very odd!! ??
