Enjoyed the chips, salsa, food and drinks!
We enjoyed our visit as our server Alex was very attentive with our needs and kids enjoyed how she accommodated us. Food was fresh and really enjoyed it.
This place is a joke. We asked a guy acting as the manager for more chips and salsa. He brought us chips only. Our food came out. We asked for silverware, napkins, and water. 5 minutes later we got napkins. The guy said “we are washing silverware”. The restaurant was not even busy, about 25% of capacity. 5 minutes later we got silverware, no water. My food was cold by now. The guy (manager) walked by our table several times and I tried to stop him. When the server finally came with water I asked to speak to the manager. Nobody every came to our table. The place is a mess. Bathroom trash over flowing, no soap, toilets dirty, restaurant floor not swept, chip drawer broken, I could go on and on. This place needs a visit from the Health Department. I have been to several Chevys locations several times. This place is not Chevys caliper. DON’T go here drive to a different one.
Had the driest steak ever in my Fajita Salad. Tasted like it was old. Told the waiter when he started to clear the table.
$8 street tacos (3) & $4 pint of Modelo "Inflation Beater"
Under stuff. Despite of our reservation, we still need to wait just like a regular guests.
Even though they have two large patios, we were not allowed to dine outside. The tables inside are not well-spaced, and the seats are all metal with no padding and are very uncomfortable. The chips and salsa are usually a highlight, and even though they were good half of the basket was also just broken up pieces. We quickly finished the whole chips, and they never offered to refill the basket. It took forever to get drink refills, and overall the service, food, and ambiance were at best "Fair". We will not be going back.
The waitress was really nice .
Food was mediocre and service was extremely slow
It was a super busy night and not enough staff for the amount of people trying to eat there, but our waiter was on it! We were pleasantly surprised :)
