The last order I I received was years ago, when my daughter and I was diagnosed with food poisoning.I tried my luck today. Then, the top bun was so over warmed it was like a cracker!I will never order again from Carl’s Jr.I’ve learned my lesson—thank you!!!!!!!!!Can I score less than 1 star!?!
This place is absolutely ridiculous, I wasted my whole 30 minute lunch break in the drive through. I ended up clocking in late for work and wasn't able to enjoy my food, I would of gone inside to order but they don't let in anyone for walk in orders, doors are always locked
I so like this place but I was really disappointed in my chicken sandwich I had more bread than a piece of chicken.. and I luv the zucchini fries but that day they were soggy.. couldn't eat them and I had to pull my sandwich apart to enjoy the chicken part
Waited 15 minutes after I ordered, only one car in front of me,, food cold, very poor drive up service.
My cheese burger bun was hard like stone .:( I had t o drive back for a better one I was so happy with the new one
You know.... its s toss.... there food sn there service is acceptable......about %50 of the time. THE other %50 makes you feel degraded, belittled, stereotype and discriminated against. .... I have chopped it up to their teams. One team makes acceptable food an the other does not, one team is cool an one is not. Which will you get? no one knowz..... I dont eat here anymore. But I love very few of their employees.

Food is good, at this location, the menu board lights were all out. It was after dark when I ordered, so ordering off the menu board was out. Hopefully this is fixed soon.
