I paid for dollars for a clump of burnt cheese that’s completely inedible. The “yams” are mush and have way too much cinnamon and the customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE!! Half the bbq sauce is just red pepper flakes. The one in Fairfield was better. Miss that place. I will not be back to this establishment.
I absolutely LOVE the food here. Very good but a bit expensive for bbq. I stopped supporting this business because of the horrible customer service. The lady who works the cashier is extremely rude. I love supporting black owned businesses but I CANNOT support bad attitudes. Its upsetting because I really love the food. I now go to the richmond location when I'm out that way. They are very lovely people.
Oh my gosh, we took the 4 meats combination, with fries, beans, and pasta.It was an experience out of this world, seriously, absolutely everything was amazing, the beans are dressed with BBQ ? seriously guys!I was receiving very good feedback from people from Richmond, Oakland, Napa, and of course Vallejo about this place.And finally I got the chance to go and enjoy this fabulous meal.Good bless you guys, you rock! , I can't wait to come back soon.
Prices have skyrocketed!! 2 rib dinners with two half cup sized sides each and one link dinner, no sides cost $70! The food was good and the portions were adequate. But time to fire up our own BBQ pit-lol.
For the Super Bowl 56. Had the regular pork ribs. Comes with two sides, chose 2x potato salad. Selected mild sauce. Their sauce is not the best, but the meat is very good cooked fresh in a charcoal smoker multiple times daily. Black owned business (locations in Richmond and Vallejo CA). Cash only, ATM onsite.
Came here this evening to get. BBQ & sausage link meal they was out of all desserts no potato salad the black male was sleep when I walked in very rude talking to me while placing my order that's bad 1/16 /22
Pulled up to this place at 6:30 on a Sunday evening to get dinner for the family, the owner who seemed to have an attitude said that they’re closed. I mentioned to him that the hours on google and the business windows say 7pm. He said it’s slow and he’s not paying for employees to stay until 7pm, mind you it’s 6:30. I’m sure my Order would have covered the employee and some but whatever. It’s his business, he can run it however he wishes, run it right in the ground. First time going there and I will never ever try to go back there again. Just lost a potential customer. If you’re looking for good BBQ try Red Ring Ribs or J&M Mississippi BBQ. Don’t waste your time with this place, very unprofessional.
