They do not know how to make a shake. They used like 45 percent milk. And I said can you make it thick and it felt like it was just milk and no ice cream
This place is pretty solid, the teenagers they have working there are pretty on top of it and hive good service.I was annoyed today when I couldn't sample a seasonal flavor I had not had before.I know we've been in a pandemic, but I think we are far enough along that you guys could hand me a little spoon sample.Anyway, had to go with some classics instead, that was as I expexted.

I bought a mint chocolate fancy full roll today. When I cut the cake at home, everything fell apart. It looks like an old or poorly made cake. the ice cream completely separated from the cake and so did the fudge. Called the store and they said sorry no exchanges or refunds. It is not the first time that I buy there, but it is the first time I got a cake that cannot be eaten, I tried a piece and it tastes horrible. It must have been for days or weeks without being sold. I will never buy anything here again. In the past I bought all our birthday and celebration cakes and ice cream in this store. No more. I will dispute the charges with my bank.
Made a phone order for my son's birthday, He loved the cake and a small was more than enough ice cream cake for the 4 of us.
