Back again...sitting waiting to be served ignored by "Strawberry," which is a habit with her and lack of service. But she's "invincible, " she says. She needs yo be let go to find her invincivle self. The bar has 1 couple at it besides me... Annotlted as all hell no tip if I ever get served.Previously: Drinks are light on liquor I suppose to be expected for happy hour. The steak was fair but the burned the mashed potatoes leaving it under the warmer until the steak was ready. Not sure how you can screw up mashed potatoes, but Applebee's can.Friend over charged for beer and manager avted like he couldnt adjust rhe price but then did. Hmmmm
Today was the first time we've ever had the worst experience ever! Usually Applebee's is kind of our go-to place and we're happy with our food and our service. Today our server was rude saying we were 'confusing'? and didn't even bother to check in with us the rest of our visit. We had a flag him down for refills after who knows how many times he walked by. I asked for a water and it never came, we had to ask someone else for to-go boxes, we had to ask someone else to place our to go order. Never checked to see how we were. If we were doing ok, if we needed any, etc..like your server does..nothing! But quick to come collect the ticket when he saw me walking..then says I didnt let HIM know?! Uh...I thought YOU checked on us?!!... I always tip...always...not this time!!?
The food was good but our waiter made the whole visit worth it he was so tentative to our needs and he was happy to do it... Thank you Lucas we appreciated you.
It's a bummer this restaurant seems to have problems with staffing. It used to be our go to place to take the family, but the service the last few times haven't been the greatest. If you have 2-3 hours to give of your life in wanting to be seated and then waiting for your food then great. The food was still good, so not discounting that! Just really SLOW service...and with kids that's no fun
Had a great dine in experience! The food was great and my Mudslide drink was awesome, I'm allergic to chocolate but the bartender there made it with caramel ?! Thank u again
My family of 3 ordered from here a few times and we are pleasantly surprised by the food it was prepared exactly as we ordered and the ingredients were fresh. The drinks were awesome and the virgin drinks for the wee ones were great there safety protocols were all good and very clean. Keep up the great work and we will definitely be back
Got delivery for 5 and we were missing a whole entree, dressing for the salad and wrap and the fries were ice cold. When I called the restaurant they answered in Spanish. Guy said "what do you want me to do". I asked for a refund. We'll see if I get it. With people ordering online and getting delivery for 2 years now, you'd think they'd have the process down and some quality control to make sure orders go out right.
Applebee's is just alright. Hit or miss.Wait times aren't too bad at this location and pricing won't break your wallet. We usually only go here when we run out of ideas.
Great place for ? happy hour. Good, friendly bartenders. I’m always happy with the wide array of choices on the menu. My favorites are the burgers and grilled chicken dishes. Today was cocktails…yummy margaritas;but served in a martini glass?!?!? ??♀️
Good service. We didn't make happy hour. There was no onion ring cheese sticks and some other regular stuff.. didn't get any discount.. bill still over 140.. plus car window got busted in parking lot for my son school backpack.. no love. No sympathy. Just as weak as the margaritas ?
