We had just had a super long and exhausting day at 6 flags. We stopped to grab dinner from the drive-thru here and we had amazing service! The gentleman who took our order was so so nice and down to earth, then the gentleman who gave us our food was very efficient and made sure we had absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Thank you Wendy's staff for ending our day on a high note.
This Wendy's location is conveniently located next to Freeway 99. Although, pay attention to the entrance lane into the restaurant parking lot. The lot exit is on the opposite side of the parking lot. It is odd, but it does effectively keep traffic from backing up between the incoming and outgoing parking vehicles.
The bourbon bacon cheeseburger is a must-try. I recommend the double burger size. They also have the baconator fries which is really good. At the time of writing this review the Wendy's app has lots of offers including a daily 1$ Daves single when you order via the app.
Good fast service. Chicken had a rubbery feel and stopped tasting good. Fries have a very different taste as well. This observation is not exclusive to this location. I stopped going to “all” locations unless “only” option.
I only enjoy this location breakfast chicken sandwich way better than chick fil a and any other restaurant
The inside was really nice and that new honey butter chicken biscuit was ?. Thanks again Wendy's for great service and fast tasty food.
Seemed for ever before my friend and I got service. We didn't get any attention until he spoke up. He got his order before I was done ordering my meal and was already out waiting for me. I was told the only thing they were waiting on was the fries. I was told this 2 or 3 times. Then someone came up, pushed my ticket out of the way, put her own thing down and I stood there waiting even longer waiting for them to figure everything out. And they handed me my order and I left. And guess what they forgot??? The fries that I stood there for ever to get. I even got a cup of chili to have chili fries. So I ended up giving that to someone else. They need more communication and need to slow down. 1 customer at a time. Pretty expensive for a visit to Wendy's when I could have gone to a restaurant and paid the same thing for better choices.
Honestly baaaaaaad. The cashier girl Ebony was SWEET! But the man shouting the numbers was so rude! My number was 11 he shouted 8, 14, 5 etc all but 11 and I was sitting right in front the whole time and he argued with me saying I already picked up my order and he called my number and the order was picked up and I told him not true I was sitting right in front and I didn’t pick it up he then proceeded to say he kept calling and calling my order but no one showed but he had just said something else???? He then left talking bad about me in Spanish but I understand Spanish. Honestly terrible. Will not be going back he was so rude for no reason I just wanted my nuggets and he made it so hard.
Horrible service yesterday ordered the 4 for $5 i asked for a Jr double cheeseburger plain and with no cheese.I get to the window and they give me my food. I leave and realize they gave me a burger with only 1 patty, cheese, mustard, pickles, and onions.I couldn't go back that day because my lunch break was almost over.So I come back today and they refuse to remake my order. I explained everything that happened yesterday and they still wouldn't make it or refund me.0/10 I will never go here again.
