This was my first time at this location, and I was extremely happy with how beautiful it was. Also, the service was amazing.

Taste good and very friendly waitress

We went there on a whim. The hostess was not friendly, and thought her mask could hide the fact that she was scowling. We were seated in the bar at a very small table, but did not request the bar, and did not even know there was a separate dining room until later. The server was super friendly and attentive. Answered all of our questions & took our order. He even checked about ingredients for us! The food took more than 45 minutes to arrive though. They tried to make up for the delay by bringing more bread, but other people were being served quickly. I do not know what happened to our order but we did not plan to spend an hour and a half getting a quick lunch. I ordered chicken & broccoli pasta and the sauce was watery and the pasta was like rubber and they really skimped on the chicken & broccoli. The other items were OK. Our server left just before we were finished and the new server was also great. They do have really good servers at this location! The new hostesses at the front were also friendly and acknowledged us as we left. For that reason, I probably would go back and try sitting in the dining room next time and not ordering pasta.

Excelente calidad y atención

We haven’t had a chance to go to the Cheesecake Factory since before the pandemic, so this was a real treat. We were celebrating my son’s birthday and we had an amazing meal. I had orange chicken and it is absolutely the best anywhere. Tender and juicy white meat pieces not too heavily breaded and the perfect tart/sweet orange sauce. Everyone was happy with their order and the service was exceptional. Our waitress happened to go to high school with my son and they hadn’t seen each other since graduating, so that was extra special. The cheesecake is still divine. We’re definitely going back.

One of my best locations to come to grab a bite be it lunch or dinner. Staff is always friendly, attentive and well mannered. I've been here more than dozen times and it never fails, yes the wait may be annoying at times but worth the wait. Food is good, dessert is bomb and the ambience is soothing, yea a bit noisy because everyone is having a conversation but don't bother me. Really recommend people to try this location out. Also try the 'Buffalo Blast' appetizer you won't regret.

Came here because they claimed to have gluten free options. I ordered a burger with green beans instead of fries, but the burger was originally served on a regular bun that the server claimed should be a gluten free bun but was admittedly unsure. The waiter didn't know what measures were in place, but they replaced the burger for me. I still was sick after the experience. The manager was aware of gluten contamination, but no staff was. That was a huge no-no. They also did not have any gluten free menus, they had some things marked on the menu but others were marked online only.Service was also poor outside of gluten. Pancakes were served dry with no syrup or butter until we asked for it, and despite a very long wait for the food they were unwilling to refill bread. Drinks also came in glasses that contained pieces of cheese. One in our party did not receive their food until I received my SECOND burger, 10 minutes after everyone else.First time dining at this location, and it will be out last. ZERO STARS

Quick SummaryAlways a good/solid experience at Cheesecake Factory (one of my favorite corporate chain restaurants). Highly recommend to book a reservation in advance on Yelp, because it can get crowded. Bar seating usually available as well if you prefer not to wait as longFood- 4 starsPretty expansive menu, but I would probably opt for their hamburgers and cheesecakes as their best options. The beef patty is so juicy that it tastes that they grind the meat in-house. Would try to steer away from the steak entrée optionsService- 4 starsThe servers have been pretty solid every time I'm here. Pretty fast and thorough service. The only knock is at hostess station. Despite having a reservation, I had to check in and wait for a text, checked in again after the text, and then wait again near the hostess station (it's an extra check-in but it could've been more smooth)Ambiance- 4 starsTypical Cheesecake Factory layout with contemporary design, and a dark and cozy dining room vibeBottom LinePretty solid food (especially if you get their hamburgers), large portions and good service. It's not spectacular, but you're getting a good dining experience every time

Love this place. Although it gets very crowded the food is great as well as a service. The drinks were nice and strong but not overwhelming with alcohol. Our waitress was very kind and helpful, outgoing and made our dining experience fun. Even joked with us. If you've already been then you know what I'm talking about. If you haven't then you should go and check it out little pricey but worth the money. May I suggest one thing if you do go make reservations the wait wasn't real long but like I said there was a wait. And if you go you'll see why there was a wait. Plus their cheesecake is amazing of course

I was with my son who loves going to Cheesecake Factory so I didn’t make a big deal when I was there but we ordered avocado egg rolls which we haven’t had in a while. I don’t know if they changed the recipe but the rolls were so small, flat and totally not worth $14.50. Then I ordered a small plate of Taquitos. It literally was one taquito cut into 4 small parts and the end parts were burnt. The orange chicken was pretty good, but again, for $20 the portion was super small and rice was over cooked. This is the third shot I’ve given Valencia cheesecake. The salted caramel cheesecake is the best. But your food is seriously overpriced and not worth going again.
