Ordered food online and the employee closed the restaurant 1 hour early and did not give me my order do not buy or eat at this subway. Go to the one near or next to it not worth going to this one for the horrible service they give.
Do NOT purchase any type of sandwiches from this location .SUE the owner does not understand what customer service is all about.I ordered a chicken sandwich and the first four bites were total fat and tasted like “old chicken”.As a UPS driver we eat on the go at times so I called immediately to report the poor quality that was received and asked for a replacement - ZERO help I was declined for a replacement.Between the assistant manager and the manager/owner SUE both refused to accommodate another fresh sandwich.I am currently writing to corporate HQ to reporting this unprofessional and positively poor customer service experience.For starters, I will never eat at this location again & I am reconsidering eating at any location as this time due to the disappointment of replacing my meal & for the extremely poor customer service.UGH what is wrong with situation when the only people that can help you refuses?!
Very poor representation of a Subway. The employees are rude, not very welcoming, and on top of it dont know how to make sandwiches. We ordered 3 sandwiches to go and when we got home our sandwiches were unedible due to the huge amount of salt there was put in each and every sandwich. We had to throw them out, it was that bad. To top it off when we called to let them know what had occurred they did nothing to rectify the situation I'm never be going back to this location again
