I have ordered a grill cheese from this Starbucks several times and for some reason it is never cooked all the way. The bread is always soft, no crunch/crisp to it at all. The cheese is not even warm inside. Will not be going to this starbucks anymore.
Wish I can give a 0 star I told the guy for plant based milk and he said oh oops and didn’t even wash the blender for more than a second and I’m like bro I can’t have milk and he then gets moody and slams it shut and gets a new one and makes it . Just cause ur having a bad day doesn’t mean u put it on others like made my whole day awful . I work with food business and this is just sad .
With this Starbucks inside the store. I'd recommend to take some coffee to wake yourself up. Workers are incredible kind

I don't go here much but it's a typical Starbucks, never really busy so service is quick.
There is no better customer service than Starbucks anywhere. However, Brie at this Starbucks right off the 5 interstate on Magic Mountain parkway makes me feel so special. I don't go that often but she always greets me by name (before coffee/food order) and so genuinely kind. I would love to steal her away and hire Brie in our company. Thank you Brie

Horrible experience with the Bautista, paid extra money & did not get my extra Carmel drizzle , my Frappuccino looked water down. My moms ice tea was asked with light ice & got more ice in the cup then tea. They accidentally forgot to give me my cake pops & Bartista said unnecessary comment just cause I'm Hispanic. Very disappointed never felt out of place anywhere ? or disrespected
