One of our better red lobster experiences. Glad theyâre on OpenTable, I always forget about red lobster. Made the wait much more manageable for Fatherâs Day. Good options for kids. Nice ambiance for a âchainâ. Service was kind and attentive especially considering how busy they were. Not a big fan of the pay kiosks.. they make the experience cheap, but it did get us out faster.
Went here for my birthday and had an extra special time. The food and service are always top notch!

Kimberly our waitress gave us one of the BEST services I've ever gotten anywhere, she knew everybody food order and kept our cups filled at all times.. We came with 2 birthdays and she made sure they both got the best treatment.We will definitely go back just for her thank you!
Overall very good. Melanie was our server and was friendly and provided good service. We we on the wait list showing no wait but it tool about 15 minutes to seat us and the food seemed to take a bit longer than normal. The food was served hot and fresh. The cocktail shrimp and lobster tail were fantastic and glad to see people's faces again.
Ashley, our waitress was extremely attentive and always asking us if we needed anything else. What a pleasant dinner and the food was delicious.
Got the shrimp linguini delicious and customer service is amazing. Our server Mark was super friendly.

I went in for lunch today and sat at the bar. The restaurant was empty and did not appeared busy but it took the waiter 20 minutes to bring the bread. 10 minutes later I asked him about my food and told him I had been waiting for 30 minutes. He replied he placed the order 10 minutes prior to me asking and that it would take 5-10 more minutes. After waiting for 45 minutes and not seeing the bartender return, I went to the hostess and told her to have the manager call me. I gave her my name and number and left the restaurant. I never got my food, the service was terrible and the manager never called me.
