Generation after generation , the love for Tommy’s will never leave . After a ball game or a weekend trip to a nearby location. Tommy’s will always be an American favorite among millions .
Yesterday i went to the tommys in valencia, Jessica took our order and she was very nice and friendly. she was super nice and with her kind words, made our day better.
Worst service ever. Apart from the girl putting burgers together in front, the rest of the clowns were pathetic. 3 orders up on e counter for 10 minutes without being called out. People were literally asking if it was theirs. 25 minutes for a burger and fries.
We were very excited to stop at Tommy’s on our way home from SF . Well what a nightmare!! We walk in and the four employees are talking amongst themselves. I’m waiting to order and one employee tells the other. “Who’s going to tell her” ? I said tell me what? Oh you have to go through the drive thru while he is laughing. So I do so…. Now what the drive thru line has 7 cars ahead of me but never moving. Car in front decided to back out, we decide to back out, car behind us backs out. Now there is a line inside , no one getting served. This place is unorganized And no one knows what they were doing! Time to hire new staff or this Tommy’s is not going last.

My name is Chris, I am a member of the Elks Lodge in Canyon Country. I went to the Tommy’s in Valencia to ask for a donation of chili for the Elks Lodge Annual Car / Bike Show. Iris, the manager, referred me to the corporate office to make my request. Iris was courteous, friendly and very helpful. Alessandra at TOMDAN Enterprises Inc. was very accommodating as well. On behalf of the Elks Lodge #2379, I want to thank you for your chili donation. Tommy’s is lucky to have a manager like Iris in their restaurant.
This particular Tommy’s was very poor. The service was horrendous, the dining area was very dirty and the food was edible but not good. The employee taking orders got into an argument with a customer when the customer asked for the order to be corrected. The employee insisted that what the customer got was correct per what the customer ordered, while the customer insisted it was not what was ordered. In my opinion, even if the employee was correct, just fix the order per the customers wishes. What’s so difficult with that? Will NOT be returning (like anyone associated with this restaurant cares…).
