Super fresh and yummy! Kind of like a delicious Greek Chipotle. Choose pita, bowl, or wrap. Lots of high quality kale or fresh greens, with tons of topping options & multiple flavors of hummus. My two kids and husband were happy!
Great option for a quick, healthy meal! I love the customization of it and the portions are generous for the price you pay. I always ask for a few different sauces to go in their little containers and it makes for great dipping for the pita bread that comes with your bowl. Make sure to try their lemonades! Pomegranate Lemonade is my favorite.

I fell in love with Hummus Republic after my first visit! Fresh and absolutely delicious food, make-your-own concept, clean and bright space, friendly employees, and did I mention the delicious food?! On my first visit I got a bowl with couscous + chickpeas + spinach for the base, 3 hummus options (traditional, eggplant, and harissa), mushroom shawarma AND falafel for protein (yeah.. you can do that), Mediterranean chopped salad for the topping, and lemon + olive oil dressing. Oh, and it came with a pita on the side plus I ordered the sweet potato fries. It was a huge bowl that I ate between 2 meals. My partner got a wrap with the vegan beef protein option - huge delicious wrap! We are both absolute fans and can't wait to return. Next time I'm planning to try out the tahini milkshake as well.This location has shared parking with nearby businesses. There are a few tables inside & out for dining in. Highly recommend overall!
I might be mildly obsessed with this place! I’ve gotten a bowl the two times I’ve come and I’ve made myself uncomfortably stuffed both times because I can’t stop eating. The lemon chicken and crispy garbanzo beans are so good. I’m not a huge fan of dill but the dill cabbage provides a nice light refreshing crunch. The purple cabbage is also really great. It’s all good and healthy too! I will definitely come back for more!

This is one of my favorite places to go out to since entering a gluten free diet. The staff are very friendly and remember consistent customers.
Giving this one star because of the female server. She begins to make my wrap then soon as the next customer comes through the door ( female customer ) instead of making her wait until she was done making my food she goes back and forth making her stuff as well, so now I have to wait even longer ! I was starting to get irritated because I was in a hurry to catch a bus. Was about to say something but didn't have to because the other customer suggested maybe she should finish with me first. So after I pay for my wrap she then apologies to that lady and says " Sorry about that " sorry for what ? She had no problem making me wait but seemed very concerned about serving the other customer in a timely fashion. The Hummus Republic worker even turned and looked at me as she apologized to that lady.Never coming here again after that rude treatment, plenty of other places I can go. Good riddance !
