The food is good! I have absolutely no complaints and the establishment itself supports first responders which is awesome. My big thing about this was the fact that I waited 40+ minutes for my New York steamer. I walked in, went to the pick up and someone told me it’ll be a couple minutes for it to be done. Waited and waited until I decided to take another look at the pick up station and sure enough my sub was there. 40 minutes later and cold. Nobody even bothered to check up and see if I needed any help or anything. Why tell your customers that the sub will take some more time when y’all already made it? Wasted 40 minutes.
Yeah, just another sub shop in my opinion. Being in a strip mall means there’s lots of parking. They even have an outside seating area. I tried a small Cajun Chicken sandwich ($6.77 out the door). This was a pretty tiny sandwich for the price. I estimate it was just 4 inches long. It tasted good but again m, way overpriced. The staff were nice and there were a couple TV monitors inside. For the price, I’ll go elsewhere next time.
I honestly love this place for sandwiches. The staff is amazing and the service is great
Love their sandwiches! Their steamed pastrami sandwich is my favorite
Probably the best fast food sub chain. Large sub feeds both me and the Mrs, which is good since $13 for a sandwich is pretty pricey.
Fair price for a yummy warm veggie sandwich. They get busy and sometimes mess up but over all we go 2 or 3 times a month so that's says enough haha
T-mobile Tuesday gave us an offer for a certain sub with any purchase, so had to take advantage! Thanks t-mobile and firehouse subs.. ❤ ?
The restaurant wasn't that busy when we arrived. But we were told they were too busy to fix or restocked the freestyle Coke machine. Also they asked if we wanted pickles with our sandwiches only to be told the were out. No soup either. Must've been an off day. The Mgr had the soda problem resolved in a few min.
No good for vegetarians - every sandwich on the menu has meat.
Delicious! For us, for donations, for any reason at all, we are huge Firehouse Subs fans. They care about the community, participating in many different fundraisers. They care about 1st Responders too which I like and appreciate. My diversely tastebudded family will tear up a hook and ladder sub without a second thought; give it a try.
