I never knew this amazing place was in this mall. Perhaps it is new’ish? The almond pretzel is unbelievable. If you never tried it, you must. Pairs well with caramel, but not required. The line moved very fast, two cashiers, everyone is friendly. Located on the 2nd floor like above I love boba or the main circle where you walk out to the outdoor shops like apple and devil and angel.
Went here on Dec 23 at 4:40pm and the employee was very impatient when I was trying to order. There was no line for him to be impatient and when I tried to seek knowledge regarding pretzel flavors, he seemed annoyed and was not responding properly. I ended up walking away because of the attitude. He did not have a name tag but he is a chubby hispanic guy.
This store has no professionalism at all and no basic customer service skills for those who is willing to use coupons. I presented a coupon that clearly written 'limit one offer per person' and employee said it is 'per family' instead. Also, she said that she was instructed by manager like that. They better not participate the promotion if they don't want to grant customer's coupons.
Auntie Anne's has always been a place to buy while visiting the Mall. The food is always good when hot and the frozen lemonade taste awesome.

I LOVE these big pretzels in my mouth. Especially with the sweet glaze. So yummy😋💦
Auntie Anne’s is located on the second level right in the middle of the mall at Westfield Valencia. They sometimes offer free samples and always make their pretzels fresh. It smells really good too. They bring their mascot out on peak busy days.

When in the mall I cannot resist a hot pretzel with cheese sauce and just sitting for a couple of minutes. Always a small line but it goes fast
