I don't eat here often but I do appreciate the customer service. There are a few people that really stand out but unfortunately they don't wear name tags. The guy with the long dreadlocks and light brown eyes is the best. He gets stuff done.. when I go to the Vacaville wingstop and see him, I know I'll get my food within a reasonable time.
I come to this Wingstop pretty frequently. The last couple of times I was not acknowledged when I came in. I walked in and nobody said anything. I waited patiently and they assisted a customer that was there before me which is no problem, I can wait my turn. Once they were done, they went to the back without speaking to me. They looked right past me and started assisting two customers that came in after me even though I was standing right in front of their counter. I would recommend that management focus on training their people on customer service and time management skills rather than only training to cook. Shift was 1/25 at 2:00
I post an order I took more than 2 hours to get the wings
The food was great and the guy working the register was amazing ! Definitely would recommend this location.
Waited 1 hour and 40 mins for an online order. The employees could have cared less to keep checking the already completed orders on the cart. I would go to a diff Wingstop location.
Good fast food, if you like chicken.
Literally standing in a Smokey lobby after the manager MARVIN raised his voice to argue about how we called in our order and multiple walked in and ordered on the spot and got their order before us.The attitude and lack of professionalism is outrageous. Raising your voice to argue then to try and silent me as if this paying customer is of no concern.
Ordered 15 wings for my girlfriend and I. We stated several times to please make them extra crispy. When we got home they were soggy had slimy skin. We are literally eating a cold sandwich while writing this. Tried to call, four times, to get my money back and the phone line has been busy. Even my young 20 something tenents didn't want them. Waste of food, time, and money.
Everything was good except the barbecue chicken
Tried to Call in my order got hung up on and sound like kids having a party in the background fries was cold and don't think the portions was correct even tho the wings were exactly what I wanted. There is no customer service and the employees act like they are the only ones in the place. There needs to be some adult supervision.
