Super annoying. Whenever I call the phone always goes to the busy tone. Today when I called someone actually picked up, but set it down immediately. I sat on the phone for 5 minutes in hopes of someone picking it up! I could hear them working in the background!! Literally just had to ask if they were STILL out of stock of a certain item. Hung up after 5 minutes and called back only to be welcomed by that damn busy tone. Tried again 3 more times and same busy tone. I'm thinking they purposefully leave the receiver on so that no calls can get through. Super frustrating!
Absolutely terrible tacobell to doordash for, doors are always locked and drive-thru is extremely slow. Calling the store to see if they could put the order outside for me and they said no and that I am going to have to wait in the drive-thru line. The least they could do is drop it off outside the door for me so I could be on my way but they wouldn’t even do that.
The service was horrible the food was cold I would never eat there again

It may sound like just complaining but the nacho cheese fries were the one thing my bf was looking forward to here and they forgot the nacho cheese sauce. How do you forget the cheese sauce for the cheese fries..?
It was OK except they got the order wrong simple mistake the food was still decent it's taco bell what do you expect lol
Good fast good: we prefer the chicken quesadilla, beefy melt burrito, and tacos.

I don't usually come to this one on Alamo and Peabody and now I remember why. They Couldn't find my order that I did online. It was probably faster to use the drive thru. Not very friendly and my taco was broke. Haven't had a broken taco in a long time...
