Love this Taco Bell! They are often very busy - because they are so great! Some restaurants do not know how to operate when busy; But this restaurant does! The owner & management team are "hands on" and role model hardwork as a team; instilling confidence & importance in each crew member resulting in a well run successful business! The associates at this location understand the value of providing excellent customer service and it shows! ***ALMOST FORGOT*** I've been here too many times to count - and the food is ALWAYS fresh & delicious! (Though they strive for perfection; they are human! Should u ever find anything wrong.... PLEASE connect with management in person or by phone ASAP!:^)> They will make it right! :^)>
Went to this Taco Bell around 8pm no sauces or napkins I asked for when I ordered.I called and got hung up on 3 time's.When I finally talked to the night manager she informed me there was nothing she can do but for me to drive back and get napkins and sauce, no offer to give me fresh food or anything. I would suggest going to a different location these people obviously are too overworked or don't know what they're doing.
On the door says dine in open 10am to 8pm but it was closed at 5pm
We went to the Taco Bell on Manavista and they told us that they didn’t have enough meat to finish our party pack and when we got home we found out I didn’t get my cheddar chalupas and my we didn’t get my Chalupas and my granddaughter didn’t get her Doritos tacos. The service was poor!
The lady that took my order was very rude. the dinning room was closed because they were short staffed. they only had 5 cares in drive thru and couldn't keep up with the orders from drive thru. Drive thru toke 45 Minutesand I couldn't leave because of the cars behind me. They were out of beef Out of employees.
They got everything right but they accidentally forgot to give me one of the items I ordered.. that doesn't happen often at this taco bell for me though.. it was just busy
This place is a world of its own
This used to be my favorite location but today changed my experience. I went through the drive-through & ordered seven items and they only gave me five items and the items I did receive were made poorly. They were very dry and there was about a dime sized amounts of sauce in my spicy potato tacos .. My mom and I are taking an L and going to a different location to re-order the items that we didn’t receive.
Wish there was an option for negative stars! Went here the other night to order food for my family of five and the employee named Jasmine cut me off mid order to rudely yell at me that I was ordering "too much food" and then told me I was not allowed to order anymore food after I had only placed an order for four items. Absolutely ridiculous! When a family member had called to discuss the issue, Jasmine answered the phone and had the audacity to hang up on us. This young lady has no place working in customer service.
By the time we made it to the hotel down the street our food was cold. I had give my order a few times until the lady got it correct.
