Don't come to this Subway! I have to echo the other people's opinions on this one. Skip this Subway location unless you want to get less than what you're paying for. Location is good, state of the store is neat and clean BUT the service isn't very friendly or welcoming. The employees preparing the sandwiches are stingy with ALL the toppings including the meat, even when you ask them for extra they don't actually give you extra, you end up with the normal amount of vegetables you should've had to begin with. They also did not accept any of my coupons and the bathroom was closed and out of order yet again. It seems like the management/owners are only in that business for profit and nothing more. Please go to another store, this one is a pass!
This was a very disappointing subway experience. The inside is nice and the dining area is clean, however, the owners and staff are not very hospitable and they skimp very much on the toppings of the sandwiches. I had to ask a few times to add a little bit more of lettuce and spinach. Also, my children needed to use the restroom and they said their toilet was broken. I'm sure that it was, but it just kind of added to the overall disappointing experience. I don't understand people who own subways who skimp on the sandwich toppings. Honestly, how much does lettuce cost just to sprinkle a little bit more?
If I could give -100 stars I would! I’m very surprised this particular subway is still up and running and open for business, not only was the lady rude but she was very unsanitary. The younger women who by the way was very sweet ended up cutting her finger while cutting the bread for my six inch sandwich, she turned over to the older lady who I’m assuming was the owner based off the other revues I have read and asked if she could help us out with our order (showing her cut finger) and the older lady rolled her eyes and breathed out in disgust. At that point we should have walked out but gave her the benefit of the doubt, we let her know our order and she continued to grab the bread that the lady had cut her finger on trying to still used that piece of bread, I asked her if we could please get another piece which I don’t think is a horrible ask as again the lady cut her finger on it. The older lady of course rolled her eyes upset at that request, she already had the pepper jack cheese in hand to put on our bread but when she went to get the new piece of bread she set it down on top of another cheese lid but the lid was very dirty and had meat pieces and residue on it, when she went back to pick up the same pieces of cheese we asked if she could use fresh cheese as we do not eat meet and didn’t want the cross contamination. She moved the cheese and opened the lid and said it’s just cheese then put the cheese down on the side, we let her know that’s fine but you at first put the cheese right on the lid and on residue meat on it, she then told us there is nothing on the lid, I looked at her and said really you don’t see all of that, pointing to the lid. She rolled her eyes again and said there is nothing there! At this point we were done, we pushed aside how unclean the establishment was and how unsanitary they were and her issue to change out bread one of them bleed on, but the whole attitude with it like those requests weren’t valid request. Again yes the attitude is still not okay but how is this place still open with how unclean and unsanitary she is? I guess I should have kept the bloody piece of bread and then turned them in if that will help from others getting sick there, I can only imagine what other nasty stuff she has tried to get away with.
Re Subway on Alamo in Vacaville-This is not the 1st time this has happened sadly at this location. And I understand businesses are having a hard time finding employees, but owners being rude is not how to keep customers who are willing to pay so you can pay employees. We used the app at 8:02 to place an order, the app told us it would be ready at 8:20. Went to the store at 8:20 ALL lights were out. My card was charged and app showed order was placed. We ended up going to the Subway on Monte Vista (they were awesome!) on our way home we happen to drive past the Alamo store and interior lights were now on, but obviously closed. When I called this Subway today about app allowing order to be placed, money taken and no one giving a courtesy call, etc. All I got was the "owner" saying she knew, the charges had been reversed and that they close at 8 (app says 9). She the hung up on me when I tried to ask any other questions.
Place is always nice and very clean, no visible hand sanitizer. Apparently wearing a mask not necessary!!! And she always makes The weakest sandwiches….
sandwiches are always fresh

Quick friendly service
I love subway and have eaten at zillions of different locations. I’ve never seen a subway sandwich this skimpy. Paper thin cucumbers, lousy tomatoes, barely any veggies. Why so tight? Like others said, mostly bread. I will say the employee seemed new and was very nice!
Always a well-built sandwich by Eli
