I literally waited over 35 minutes in the drive thru with only 4 cars in front of me! Sooo crazy what a waste of time? I was so late to my appointment. And then Starbucks declares online they are giving free hot or ice coffee drinks for nurses week and they wouldn't even give me a free drink. It was so sad! Honestly waiting in line for 35 + minutes isn't even worth a bought drink. This store needs to get it together. I couldn't believe I had to wait that long otherwise I would have just gone inside. Never again going to this Starbucks ?
Service and products were good but this location doesn't allow ordering ahead often. Always a long drive through wait.
I was a proud Starbucks Employee for 3.5 years throughout the Northern California area.Giving exceptional service was something that was heavily emphasized at the last store that I worked at. And unfortunately this store lacks in it.I went into this location today around late afternoon. And I noticed that there were two partners working the drive-thru and no one was at the front counter.The thing that irked me the most was that the employees working behind the counter knew that I was waiting in line at the counter for a full minute…but seemed to pretend that I wasn’t there. No “hi, welcome in”, “we’ll be with you shortly”…no acknowledgement whatsoever.At the very least one of the two baristas working the drive-thru could have made it known to the baristas in the back room that they had a customer at the front counter.So I just walked out. A customer shouldn’t have to go out of their way to get great service.The manager of my last store in Vacaville told all of our employees to treat anyone that walks into our store as a guest…no matter, if they bought anything or not, or even if they came in just to use the restroom.Rant ended. I’ll get off of my soapbox now.
It still bothers me that decaf brewed coffee is not available!Getting a glass of water was next to impossible though we ordered tilt from the onset!
Customer service is below average. Employees arguing who is supposed to be working the front. Finally got served with an attitude. Coffee was served fairly quick but tasted awful. Last time at this location.
I work at inshape , And this Starbucks is my go to , St times they can me super busy , But they always managed to make my day ! Thank you Starbucks . You are appreciated ?

I got the caramel ribbon crunch from here and they added a whole lot of caramel and more crunchies on the top than usual it was great, then the guy asked me what the highlight of my dad was it made me smile he was so happy 10/10 would recommend ✨✨
Customer service was mucho awesome, my daughter and I enjoyed 2 hot drinks and a lemon loaf, thanks Starbucks!!!
