This is the last time I go to a Starbucks! Slow as mud on a hot day. Pulled up to the keyosk, was asked to wait, i waited at least 5 minutes before I ordered then upon arriving to the window I was ignored as they (3) were standing chatting. It was empty inside I couldn't imagine why they were so slow? I'm done with Starbucks! Poor service
It around the corner from my house and I'd say this has been the worst year, I always get an ice mocha how difficult is that to make...A year ago they were 5 stars ?
This was my everyday to go Starbucks since it's around the corner from my house business December they can't even make a simple ice mocha right, tried getting it fixed twice, both times it was disgusting ?
A favorite place of mine. Staff is friendly. Coffee is hot. Anything wrong or not to expectations they will correct it.
This Starbucks line is ALWAYS long, no matter the time. Very odd being that I’m from the East bay which is wayyy more populated and I could at least get in and out of the drive through depending on the time. So, I’m assuming these Starbucks employees are just slow. Because I never have this problem with surrounding Starbucks. At least not ALL THE TIME. On top of that, they always don’t have SOMETHING on the food menu, no sandwiches and protein boxes, no breakfast sandwiches…always something! This location needs to do BETTER. Because they are lacking tremendously!
A nice clean Starbucks with very nice employees. We ordered Latte Venti, Pikes Place Grande, Caramel Frappuccino, two pastries and a grilled cheese sandwich ... Order was perfect! Thank you Starbucks!
This particular Starbucks... drive thru line is always very long and the drinks can be taste wise somewhat inconsistant. I order the same thing all the time from Sacramento to Napa to Eastbay and three times in last week at this location and every time my drink has tasted different. It is convenient tho and the egg bites are delicious. No gluten free option aside from egg bites on the menu and I don't believe they have any dairy free food options.
3 stars only because the partners where awesome. Literally the dirtiest Starbucks I've been in.
