Okay this place tends to be hit or miss before. I either got amazing service or no one in attendence. But a recent visit had me very confused. They didn't know what a cappuccino was... it was more awkward than the time I had to explain to an employee (same place) what decaf was. I... I'm convinced these are nice people, just severely under-trained.
This is a very good Starbucks location; it has a nice interior with plenty of comfortable seating and lots of friendly staff. Service was fast and the food and drinks were what to be expected from Starbucks.
Today is Friday February 25 online it says the store doesn’t close till 8:30pm I came at 4:30pm and there was such a long line for the drive through no signs saying they were closed everyone waited for so long I got stuck in the line and was late for work
It's been closed for a few days, including the drive thru. No idea why. Rating it 5 stars because when it's open it's been a great experience :)
Fast, great service, literally in and out, Americano is exactly what I expected.
The staff and customer service you recorded at this location is untouchable to others in town. Ezra has an amazing team and they work very well together! If there is anything wrong with your order they are very prompt on getting your order fixed.
Drive thru line was really busy but it went though very quickly.thank you

Didn't have uncut cold brew, step your game up watt and i80 Starbucks remains the best in town
