The signs to go through the drive-through or put between the bushes and the curves where you cannot see them. I can’t tell you how many cars were stuck almost going through the drive-through and we’re not intending to go through the drive-through. Management put your sign so people that are not wanting to go into the drive-through Starbucks don’t accidentally get stuck in the line. Pay attention!
It's starbucks people what do you expect? Staff are friendly, and they move the line quickly for a drive thru that's 5 stars as far I'm concerned.

Sapna was amazing. She was sweet and was very helpful. I couldn't cancel my order because the cold drink I ordered, I now wanted it hot. I apologized and offered to pay for the remade drink. She was so understanding and offered to give me the already made drink and remake a new one for free. She was a doll. Bless her in all ways.
Lines are always either short or way too long. But it's got the best staff!
Customer service experience here is terrible. Made to feel as though I needed to beg for drip coffee. I also needed to throw away my old Starbucks cup and the employee instructed me to go next door to the gas station to discard Starbucks produced trash. So I left it at the window for him and his poor service. Better off making coffee at home.
Disappointed! Stopped in to get a coffee, noticed there are no garbage cans outside and asked if they could discard my cup from a previous purchase there. The unnamed staff with no name tag said in a condescending voice that she cannot take things from the outside and the trash cans were not put out due to rain a few days ago yet that day was sunshine. Really, that’s the excuse you are going with for poor customer service??? Not going there again.
It's not overrated it's a legend thank you for providing Ethos water...you guys are amazing... continue to provide water to those kids that are thirsty they are just having fun.
