I was actually a bit taken aback by the level of service at this Round Table, in a good way. We hear so much about young people not wanting to work and when they do they are oftentimes disinterested. The team at this restaurant was the opposite. They were attentive, customer focused and friendly. They deserve accolades for their efforts, they were exceptional. .
They might have had a busy day, but my experience when it was slow around 830ish Friday March 4TH...Young lady hands us a bowl for salad that was wet..."im sorry just out of dishwasher" My thinking is simple wipe it dry then give to us versus hand and does nothing for a cust, really? Very poor choice.Despite change in masks No one in kitchen has masks or at least gloves..so no masks she coughs couple of times in hands does nothing and makes food. Messy and dirty kitchen it was deplorable.no cust service skills will never go back , it was actually sad....the bowl interaction created this review and then cough, then ridiculously dirty work where food is made...
My friends and I had three different personal pan pizza's. The pizza's were all delicious !!
Needs new management. Customers waiting in line for a long time while they kept making pizzas and not helping them. There were several making pizzas, 2 just walking around and nobody helping at the register. Not good.
Worst service I have experienced in a long time. Not a single word was said to me or my Fiancé when we arrived for our pickup order and after 10 minutes all they said was “here you go”. Appears they have no training in how to treat paying customers.
I a great experience here, honestly I'm a big fan of Round Table pizza in general so I go often in many different cities. This place tops then in punctuality, friendliness, courtesy, and cleanliness, especially for being quite busy. We called in our order ahead. It was made when we got there piping hot and ready for us to dive in. Saw the manager walking around, being helpful, asking people how they were doing and getting them more drinks. All staff was very friendly and asked if I needed help or if I had been helped. Doing on great job at this location.
Pizza is supposed to be cooked at 420 degrees.. last two weeks all the pizza is under cooked and not crispy at all!!!!
Salad bar was not stocked, and this location was dirty. The employee's were in the back playing around. Definitely not coming back. Go to the Alamo location.
Place was crowded, service was fast, and bathrooms were clean. Bar and play area adds good value to place, location is prime and food was good.
Salad bar wasn't the freshest. Pizza was exactly how I remember it. I have always loved the King Arthur Supreme. Crazy expensive. Next time I'll look the salad bar over first
