I’m sharing my wife’s experience today, April 26. We normally visit this Peets twice a week. This last Sunday we were there and the bathrooms were closed. Today, my wife was there and needed to use the bathroom. She was told the bathrooms were closed for repairs. My wife asked if both bathrooms were closed. The response was that the other bathroom was for “employees only”. We’ve been going to this Peets for years and both bathrooms have been available and we’ve never been told that one bathroom was for employees only. They need some customer service training. The employees rudely responded to her and said she should go to the public bathroom located about 200 yards away.

Really good customer service. They give out free cups of coffee to unhappy customers when it comes to orders errors, and samplers to customers when trying new flavors of coffee. Facility is clean.
Everyone still wearing masks.Update. After ordering 4 drinks and eats. They didn't pour my reg large coffee. This happened 2 times now. Very unprofessional.

Mobile Order are NEVER ready on time. I might as well just walk in and order in store. They get their orders FASTER than ordering ten minutes in advance.
