This location seems to be under new management, to bad I have been coming to this location for years and always got good service and great product, the past few orders (with new staff) have not been positive, staff doesn’t seem to be engaged, nor customer service oriented!There isn’t any effort in the quality of the product as well! So sorry it has gone down hill. I will need to go elsewhere!

Fantastic pizza! We had the XLNY Pepperoni and Sausage, the Combo, and the Veggie Delight. Only suggestion would be to include a set of cooking directions, we had to go off memory...

I traveled to Vacaville and stopped by papa Murphy’s for some pizza and the African american guy with blond curly hair was very rude, to me, I noticed the workers were not wearing hair nets nor did their station look sanitary, I noticed another girl in the background scratch her butt then continued to work without washing her hands, I never turned around so fast from a food place and ran for my life, worse experience I ever encountered. Papa Murphy’s do better
I have been to this location over rhe couple i will say that i have always had excellent customer service and the pizza always looks and as good as it taste. Also Cristina always gives the best service whenever i come to grab a pizza, definitely look forward to seeing her!
