One star was too much to give. The lady typing on the register this morning looked at me and continued typing and then walked away to begin her break. Right after the next lady behind the counter walked right passed me and continued on her way. I then walked out of the place myself. All that needed to be said was " someone will be right with you. The simplest things in customer service , I'm not even upset but I sure won't spend a dime on their hourly wage.
All food was good, just pricey, sandwich and salad and 2 cookies $33 ..?
The food quality for the price you pay is ridiculous. The soup taste like progreso and the Mac and cheese is awful. The only nice thing I have to say is about the sugar cookie which is great but for $40 I can’t believe people continue to pay.

I get the same thing everytime I go there.. frontera chicken with max and cheese and THE LAST 3 TIMES I HAVE BEEN THERE I HAVE NOT GOTTEN THE MAC AND CHEESE! LETERALLY THE MAIN THING I GO THERE FOR SOMETIMES AND I DONT GET IT. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT GO TO FAIRFIRLD ITS WORTH THE 5 MINUTES, WORST PANERA BREAD I HAVE EVERY BEEN TOO!

I've eaten at plenty of panera's to know this one ( located in nut tree shopping center in Vacaville) lacks in food quality. Both the sandwiches I ordered had brown wilted lettuce used in it, we had to take all the lettuce off our sandwiches and the Napa chicken salad was bland tasting. Terrible sandwiches. I think they were poorly made because it was to go and not dine in. I would have complained there had we not been traveling to Oregon and was too far down the highway to turn around.
Our order got mixed up & Angela, General Manager, took care to correct it in a fast & efficient manner. Wonderful sandwiches & soup!4

The food and service are consistently good. I really miss the chocolate cookie that was made without gluten. When I asked, I was told that they are formulating something g that's more guaranteed to be gluten free. Seems like they could offer both...hint, hint?
