My boyfriend went to pick us up dinner. I sent him with a post it note with my order. Girl behind the counter grabbed it from him and walked away. He tried ordering food for himself, but she wouldn't listen. He paid for my order and left. My orange chicken had 5 pieces in the order and my steamed rice was scraped from the bottom of the pan and was dry and brown. Don't waste your money!!
I would recommend NOT eating here, the service is always terrible, and they NEVER put a decent amount of food. You literally pay more for half empty containers of food. Go to Fairfield where it’s a lil better.
Has drive through! But food is never fresh seems to be on the warmers longer then needed
chef-challenged heavily-breaded entrees left way too long in the warming bins. 'chow mien' is a joke, very skinny noodles with NOTHING ELSE in them? That is NOT chow mien! I used to include Panda in my drive-thru food rotations, but no more thanks for nothing. $10 down the crapper.

I thought that going in the middle of the rush would be bad, don't get me wrong the wait sucked, but the staff was hustling and the food was fresh and delicious.
Slow service and they screwed me on the meat. Why does it seem like panda is getting more and more stingy with their meat
Horrible horrible service here will never come back. They literally sat there and did not serve me, say hi, I will be with you in a moment or anything as I stood there in front of them for over six minutes and they continue to not acknowledge me and continue to replenish the food without offering to help me or letting me know that they would be with me momentarily. Teach your employees basic customer service skills and that when there is a customer standing right in front of them and you can't help them to Simply let them know I'll be right with you instead of not making eye contact with them and ignoring them. I promise you I will never come back for this exact reason
I found 2 dead ants inside my drink cup from a grub hub delivery. The driver said he did not fill the drink up. I called to ask if they fill drinks for to go order themselves but no one ever answers. Assuming the driver was correct, this place is disgusting and needs to be looked at by food and health department.
