I ordered take out which was very good and then I took my family to eat in. They didn't refill salad or breadsticks but to be honest, we were stuffed and probably didn't need it. ? The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean and they do this awesome thing where you can enter your phone number and they will tell you where you are on the wait list! The food was very good! I will definitely be back!
Service was wonderful and the reason for the three stars. We went after lunch time but before dinner time. I order the Chicken Parmigiana ..... I give it a half star. My chicken was a chicken patty not fresh chicken breaded and cooked. And it was a little over done. My friends ordered different plates than I and there was not enough sauce on their dishes. One was Chicken Alfredo and the other was spaghetti and meatballs. Not enough sauce on either dish. They had to ask for extra sauce. But we had excellent service!
I had the blessing of celebrating an early birthday dinner with my mom. The food was delicious. The servers and staff were friendly and helpful. We went on a Monday around 4:45 so it was not as busy. When we left the parking lot was full and people were outside waiting to get in.
Came here to pick up a to go for Valentine's day. The to go parking was absolutely insane, people were blocking the road trying to get to them. If it's busy, consider parking near by and walk in to grab it. The power kept turning off, which disrupted the pos systems. I felt really bad for all of the overwhelmed Hostesses. I ordered online at 6:00pm, got a text saying the order was ready by 7:00pm. Didn't actually get the meal until like 8:20pm. But the food was good.
So my wife & I came to this location to celebrate our valentines day meal together, and we had a very pleasant experience! Our service was absolutely top notch beyond what we were expecting! I believe her name was Katy if I'm not mistaken? She was quick, very courteous & one of the best servers I've ever had. The food was delicious as well. I highly recommend this restaurant! 5/5
I loves me a good OG experience! It's been a minute since I've dined at one. I don't blame the location, but the food quality was notably less. I get a basic soup and salad and soup was extremely watered down. Salad had almost full head of lettuce chunks that I had to saw down before eating. The breadsticks were salty and oiled like I LOVE but was overcooked and too crunchy.I have to say the service was SPOT ON! The server was quick, friendly, and attentive.I had been craving a good OG experience and this visit mostly satiated me, but made me want it less in the future.
Had the seafood pasta. Very tasty and filling. The restaurant was busy but the waitress we had was doing awesome customer service! Can't wait to come back. You guys was worth the 2.5 hours to visit. Thanks
My daughter turned 13 on Veterans Day. She wanted to come here for her birthday dinner. They were busy because they were giving out free meals for vets. :). Our waiter Adam took care of us. He made us feel welcomed and enjoyed his excellent service. He gave my daughter a nice meal. My shrimp and chicken carbonara was good. My drink in the pic was excellent.
Nice ambiance. Good service. Food quality wasn't the greatest. I had steak and noodles it wasn't that great. The pasta was under cooked. Soup, salad and bread sticks were a hit!
Food was good. I had a gift card, so that was nice. Menu shrunk. They used to have a better selection. I guess Covid reduced the menu.
