The bathroom is always closed and they are out of boba every once and a while, but the drinks are consistent and great.
Excellent drinks, wonderful selection, and the best staff! This place is super popular and can get packed but the staff behind the counter take great care to get drinks out fast. The gentleman at the register was amazing at taking orders, ensuring drinks got made and orders handed out. Thank you!

So good. Loved the potstickers, nice and crispy! Also had the mango lover drink with Boba it was amazing. Will definitely be going back soon!
My boii Bre is super fast, and very knowledgeable, he walked us through the drink selection and got us exactly what we were in the mood for. We are actually coming back later on today. Highly recommended Boba spot
Garbage! Watered down and lacks flavor. Good customer service but the tea wasn't the best. The best in the area is T4.
i LOVE milk tea lab !! their thai milk tea is so good and the popcorn chicken is to die for !! on top of that the service is always good and the tonics they have are really good and a super unique drink :))
This boba place is amazing! I just had a question it may sound silly or stupid but how dose M.T.L know your last name if you didn’t provide it? This place is the Bomb! It is so cool. They have an Udon vending machine inside just like Japan.The Taiwanese Milk Teas are fun, unique and delicious.The customer service is super friendly and great at making you want to come back to visit every day!
