They called the wrong number for my order, so our food just sat on the counter for a while. The guy didn't even say anything else when he was the one who took my order and there was only 1 other group. One area had spilled soda all over the table, seats and floor. But overall everything was just ok.
Food was good, we ordered a quarter pounder with no cheese and they gave us cheese on it so when we pointed it out they gave us one with no cheese no questions asked and very quick
Loved the half full Fries and cardboard tasting nuggets....
I will drive out of my way to the McDonald's on Alamo by KFC instead of going to this location!! Out of all the trips here, only ONCE was I greeted nicely with a smile bc it was the assistant Mgr!The young people that work here are obviously not trained on customer service at all.They get orders wrong so you park your car, go in tell them and they hand you a bag with what you really expected then walk away. AAAAND if you go in to eat, they use the rag to wipe the seats THEN the table!!! No thank you!!
Employees their are quick and good at the drive thu great service..I heard the inside was open again,which should be good news for us morning Seniors..goi g in soon for breakfast
Asked for a triple cheeseburger. Paid for a triple cheeseburger. Got a double cheeseburger. They weren’t even busy. One car behind me and one ahead. Lack of work ethic and morales.
Worst McDonald's in town. My order is never correct. Paid the price for double cheese burger and got a mcdouble. Drive up Mobil orders take 30 min to bring out. This place is definitely not ur average McDonald's. Since opening it's been huge disappointment.
Everything was terrible. Really feel bad about saying it but, it is the truth and needs to be heard. The patties were over cooked and cold. They forgot some of the produce on one burger and was luke warm. Another burger was cold and all the fries were cold and soggy. Really do not like to do fast food but it was a long day and did not want my girl or I to cook starting so late in the day so we decided on fast food. Went against my better judgement because I know it is really really bad for the body but was really hungry. Never again!!! Was soooooooo disappointed. Sorry but it is the truth and no one should have to eat food like that ever. Thank you and sorry.
Always friendly and fast service. I usually order special made burgers for my dog. Very clean lobby.
Drive thru is always prompt and the food is always fresh. Great customer service.
