First of all McDonald’s rewards is a joke. You can only use one reward item per purchase. So the thousands of points I accumulated expired after a few months. Rewards shouldn’t expire those points are earned. Does McDonald’s expect people to eat there everyday just to use earned rewards? For example Chick-fil-A rewards can all be used in one purchase. More than one item not like McDonald’s. Anyways the McDonald’s on leisure town Road is famous for forgetting an item in ordered. 90% of the time orders are wrong. Either missing item or made wrong. The worst a fast food place can do to your order is not give you what you paid for. I don’t not recommend McDonald’s for customer service and consistency of food. McDonald’s I give you and easy 1 grade out of 5. ???????????????? I am no longer eating McDonald’s ever again.

The new setup is much better than the old one, but the restaurant still doesn't seem to be that well staffed. Of course we're talking about people who may not have worked before but about one out of three orders is not prepared properly
I’ve attempted to order food here several times both for DoorDash and by myself with their deals app. When I attempted to order food for my DoorDash customer, I was told that they couldn’t complete the order since their ice cream machine wouldn’t work.The DoorDash customer wanted food as well and I was told that they couldn’t complete the order since the employee apparently didn’t receive the order. I checked in with DoorDash to be informed that the order was indeed received and ready to be picked up. They just didn’t want to complete the order. Today, I called to ask when they’re closing. I was informed they’re a 24 hour business. Once informed, my boyfriend and I attempted to order food with our app and were ignored. We attempted to get food and we’re ignored. We could tell that there were people working inside the store upon driving by. The people ignored us so we chose to loon further. We attempted to provide the code for our app order upon returning and were further ignored. We said, “Hello, are you guys open?” And waited for assistance 3 times just to be further ignored. We then chose to leave and take our business elsewhere. Won’t be going here again.
The manager Andres is beyond awesome. He actually followed though with returning my call, as well as doing what he said he was going to do. Great customer service and only because how he handled the situation will definitely be returning. Thanks again.
The last several times I've visited the service has been ok but the food has been bad and the menu options always seem to be limited to some capacity and it's not due to the supply shortages affecting many fast-food chains recently. For example, the fries have been barely warm and you can definitely tell they've just been reheated, not made from a recent fresh batch, the drink options have been limited to only a couple options, the iced tea is almost always unavailable and when it is available more times than not it doesn't taste fresh and is noticeably bland and/or absent of flavor. Also, the mobile ordering for this location suffers from technical issues more often than not, such as never receives the order at all or if the food has several customized options requested there have been issues with the crew following those instructions, etc. I hope these issues are addressed sooner than later as the convenience of the location is the only reason I've been coming back but if these issues continue I'll have to just go to another location.
Still waiting in the drive through lane for my food after like 20 minutes. Nobody at the first window and there were 5 headsets hanging inside the window. Where are all the employees???

Pay attention! You're dealing with liars workers! I placed an order through the McDonald's app. I paid with Apple Pay. I did not make any changes, I did not ask for anything else. At the pick-up, "Miss" said that my payment did not work and asked me to pay more. I refused because I saw in the bank that I had the transaction. At my request to cancel my order I received a receipt in which it was not clear what the refund was. But anyway I understood that the "Miss "'s abilities are limited and I left. There is much to add, in the end the bank canceled this transaction for me.
