Poor customer service this evening, the guy short with glasses taking orders tonight forgot to include a sandwich and when I asked if he got the sandwich he rudely said I never ordered it when I know for a fact I did ! Which was definitely rude mind you , I was being patient with the staff who were obviously overwhelmed, I mean me and my husband also stood there for a total of 4 sandwiches for almost 30 minutes . The place is total chaos every time! I always say I’m not going back because of the chaos then decided to give it another chance because the sandwiches are good and boom again . With the high turn over of employees and chaos with employees I’m going to take the longer drive to the Woodland location this Vacaville location is in need of better management
Always a wait time after order placed. Placed my order and after it was made it was it was placed on the counter to have additional items to add and was ignored as the counter person took the order for person after me and did her order first, I stood there waiting until she finished and only then did she ask if the other person checked me out and when I said no she finished up my order and then rang me up.
Do not go here if you are on a lunch break. They are very slow. They need either more workers or a better system. I arrived at 12:30 and left at 1:20. I explained to a worker how long i had been there and she said “sorry” and walked away. Will never return!
New management is not good I come once a week and no one has any clue what they are doing. No direction from manager. The place is always busy but it's a mess with orders. It's too bad because I like this place. Hopefully they will get it together.
Witnessed some rude dad with his child come in today yelling and cussing at the employees calling everyone “retarded” for accidentally misplacing his sandwiches. Screw that guy. The food was delicious. Also I asked them for extra mustard and they gave me like 20 packets. Love you guys.
I read the reviews of this restaurant. I feel the same! There is a lot of room for improvement in the management of this store. I can describe it as chaos. It's not just the chaos, the service here also leaves something to be desired. My online order app shows that I can get the food in my order at 12:34. The wait time was a good 55 minutes when I arrived. During this period, many people have already got their lunch. Online orders are on hold. And in offline orders, only customers who have paid tips may have a better experience, and customers who have paid tips will show enthusiasm and say thank you. And customers who don't have change to tip will not receive a "thank you." In fact I have been to this brand of restaurants in other towns too. The management, efficiency and service in other towns are much better than this store.
Jus sad they close at 7... hubbs works till 730... too late to pick up an easy dinner
Work ethic is terrible. Only one person even asked if I needed help while the other FIVE hung out in the back laughing about something having to do with somebody's new watch. The woman in the front was very pleasant and professional, everyone else needs to figure it out or get gone.
Management responded to this post then removed it...The slowest restaurant in vacaville.The food is good, but I can't seem to get that place figured out. First time I ordered off the app, I had enough time to drive to the restaurant and wait in line and order another sandwich, start eating before my online order was started.Now I go there, and they are hiding my sandwich behind the counter. I patiently wait for my food, like I am supposed to. They never put it out for pickup. I finally get my sandwich, 25 min later, and it's so soggy that I couldn't finish it.I do not believe a single person there understands what hustle means, or maybe an outside thought from slicing meat and cleaning tables.I was literally looking at the pickup spot for 20 min. Not a single person asked what I was waiting on....There are signs that say "Pick up your order here" for absolutely no reason...I have worked in a sandwich shop before, these workers are SLOW.I will be taking my business to a different location.
They handled a huge order for my company in a small amount of time, and Sophia and her team expertly handle the lunch rush while still dealing with an entitled customer who got upset that they did not have root beer. They offered her a separate drink, or to get a fountain root beer, or offered a refund once the rush was over. I have never seen someone handle a customer obviously looking for a free hand-out so professionally and courteously. I will definitely recommend them for every future company lunch
