Not a good experience last Sunday. The new girl (I had not seen her before) got my order wrong, did not ask or put any dipping sauce for the Chicken Tenders, and gave us a bag with a hole in it where the napkins have fallen out. Then the heavy set guy wanted to charge me $.27 cents for a third dipping sauce after I was told they were all out of the buttermilk.I went back again yesterday (Sunday) and ordered the same thing. There was a new girl taking the order behind the window. I asked her during the ordering process if I could have three buttermilk dipping sauces along with my chicken tenders. She said that was not a problem. At the window we got everything we ordered correctly. She even added four buttermilk dipping sauces to the bag with no mention of an additional $.27 per extra dipping sauce over quantity two. This was a much better experience than last Sunday. The new girl did a very job at the window.
On April 22, 2022 cashier in drive thru asked me to wait for my order to be completed and I parked as he requested. Several cars went through the drive through and I didn’t receive my order. I went through the drive thru again and asked for my money back. The woman was inconsiderate and rude and gave me my money without apologizing and without looking at me. That day I had low blood sugar. When people buy food at fast food restaurants ir is because it is suppose to be fast. I am very disappointed with this restaurant due to their poor customer service.
It was fast quick order through the drive-thru. And they actually got the order right. These other places are always getting the order wrong.
It's right by job so I frequent it, overall I think they haven't messed up my order (yet, everyone makes mistakes) but other than that they're quick, I've never had to wait too long & the line is faster than the competition!
I got an ultimate cheeseburger and onion rings and it was delicious. Haven't eaten there before but definitely will again!!?
The food was fresh but she said they had no change for a cash transaction. No receipt either!
Worst customer service in the world. Drive threw cashiers don't even say hello or thank you. And don't even think about asking for extra anything.... they will shut the window in your face and walk away
Quick stop for road trip home. Drive thru busy but fast service.
