This is the second time within a few days where I had faith that the overnight crew would complete my order CORRECTLY and it was a slap in the face. I suggest you don’t leave w/o checking your bag because not only do they overcook the food but they leave out orders. It gets me mad asl to know I’m basically getting ripped off for my money because they leave my items out and/or give me normal fries when I ask for curly. I do not recommend you go late night hours, they have the laziest Jack in the box crew I’ve seen and trust me I’ve seen many.
I ordered my food on the app. at this location by accident. I was able to select curbside pick up but doors were locked and nothing was posted on the door to express this. I had to get in the drive-thru line (very long) and then had to sit in the line for over 30 min, & about 15 minutes into this experience had to back my car out because in front of me a car wanted to leave and they had not even made it to the ordering screen and wanted to leave . I wish I could have done the same thing but per the order on the app I had already requested my food be made the payment and a refund was not an option I had to wait. When I got to the window the food was ready, overcooked and cold but it was ready. Staff was friendly with the minimal interaction I did have and all my food with sauce was ready. I think it is important to recognize that I do believe the staff was trying and probably understaffed but also that out of the 3 locations in Vacaville this continues to be the worst. With previous visits to this location the long drive-thru times and sub-par food is why I had avoided it despite being closer to my home and was very very very disappointed my app. accidentally selected it and I realized too late. Also this is an edited review because the link attached to the reply did not work.
Waited in drive-thru for 30 minutes. I kid you not. After 10 minutes I wanted to back out but someone else had pulled behind me so I was stuck. Had a spicy chicken sandwich that was way over cooked. The onion rings were good though.
THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD VARIETY OF FOOD THAT IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED. MY SON & GRANDSON LIKE TO GO THERE ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ONLY HAVE A SHORT TIME TO GRAB A BITE. AFTER WRESTLING PRACTICE, OR A LUNCH BREAK. I'VE BEEN TO THE ONE BY PETCO SEVERAL TIMES.
It's good but I feel like fastfood restaurants are now making you park to get your food in order to trick corporate into thinking they serve their clients faster than they really do.
I don’t appreciate having to pull around to the order pickup stalls at 6:00am to try and manipulate drive through times.
