So I ordered a teriyaki chicken bowl and a 7 piece jalapeno popper, When I get my food I ask for 3 ranches, rudely the guy at the counter tells me "I'll give it to you this time but next time you'll have to pay". I go to eat my food and it's cold, I live like 3 miles.Treat your customers like you actually depend on them, I won't be back, done.
One of my curly fries was moldy which made me realize that I shouldn't be eating fast food. It was a wake up call for me so I'm grateful for that at least.
Wasn't too happy with the fries onion rings they tasted like fish. They need to change their oil ask. Ask for tiny tacos extra crispy there are still cold inside. Service the gentleman let's service me and the drive thru had a smile on his face the whole time he was very pleasant. Food disappointing

The boys there need some more respect and better customer service but other then that pretty ok experience
I was a few minutes late in picking up my mobile order and it was totally cold. Why couldn't they keep it in the warmer? Won't be going back to the Monte Vista location again.

They didn't have orange juice so I ordered iced coffee and they made us pull to the front. They came out with no iced coffee and when my husband went back in they immediately said, what's wrong??? One of the women said we didn't order an iced coffee even though it was on the receipt.
I like their chicken strips. Meaty and filling! The shakes you still need steel lungs to suck but also still yummy!
