I’ve gone to this In-N-Out location since 2007 and it’s always been a pleasant and consistent experience, however lately it’s been more of a disappointment for my boyfriend and I. On one recent occasion during the afternoon, we got burgers that looked very pink on the inside and our order was made wrong. Tonight, not only was our order made wrong, but the fries were drenched in too much salt. I hate to be one to complain, but I do appreciate consistency where I choose to spend my money. I’ll more than likely end up choosing another location after this.
5 star customer service and animal fries.
Had a long line to wait in but it was well worth it have no complaints about the staff or the food.
You can never go wrong with In-N-Out Burger. Remember to add yellow peppers and monster fries… and you’ll be all set!
The drive-through line was pretty long, so we went inside. We had our food within 7 minutes of walking in the door and it was hot. Shakes are good, and burgers are very fresh! Great customer service! I'm always a little disappointed with the fries. I don't know why their fries taste like chalk. Other than that, very good experience.

Amazing burgers and shakes! With a line over a block long, service was still quick and helpful. Props to the worker out in the line taking advance orders to speed up the process.
No matter how many times I try in and out Burger I can't believe or understand why people like it so much. French fries taste like cardboard milkshakes full of chemicals Burger is meh...
This is the worst In&Out service I’ve had in years. I am an active duty member and always in other In & Outs they showed hospitality or would provide a lip discount for service members but this time the manager said sarcastically “ Your not in Uniform so no”. Unbelievably unfortunate that I had to experience such terrible service from this location. This has never happened to me as a man in the military I don’t expect places to have military discount but you know In & Out allows it and has it. The manager sarcastically said,”ur not in uniform” meaning I cannot receive it without my uniform even though I have my military cac card. Completely baffled by the attitude these employees had and I’m not happy.
The in n out is awesome as usual. But the location is terribly awful. Add on the fact they are building a rasin canes right next to it, the traffic is going to be atrocious.
