Just recently order two sandwiches 6/14/2022. They messed up one of my sandwiches. I tried to call but no answer. Not sure if they will make corrections or ignore me. I’ve always had a good experience with them.Update: Unfortunately I had to drive all the way back to the store. However, i was actually quite surprised that they corrected my order without any questions and didn’t charge me extra. Awesome to know for future orders. Ikes did me right.

We order from Ike's about once a month through DoorDash and our sandwiches have always been amazing. We received an order last Wednesday that was extremely disappointing. I decided to call the store first, instead of reaching out to DoorDash, since we never had an issue like this before. Zackary answered the call and was apologetic and explained exactly what I needed to say to DoorDash in order for him to make it right. We received the reorder from DoorDash and the sandwiches were the quality we had come to expect from Ike's (delicious!!). Thank you, Zackary, for being so professional and taking such great care of your customers. We won't order sandwiches from any other store.
Slow service and mediocre quality on sandwiches. Crew was not very motivated
This is the first time I've had a rude experience. Barely talked to me, made me wear a mask (which no other businesses are doing anymore) and no receipt or even a thank you.
Best sandwiches in town. Staff is good. I used their app to get rewards and also help remove wait time since i order in app when i leave house and by the time i am there, my food is ready.
Amazing service never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get my sandwiches. 100% recommend the Hot Mama sandwich on Dutch crunch bread.
Amazing service. They couldnt make one of the sandwiches we ordered so they offered to make a different one and then they gave us some chips for the inconvenience. The food went down fast and quick! Highly recommend this sandwich shop
Amazing service. I had a catering and the service was outstanding. They were very informative and helpful during the whole process and neatly packed. They even assisted in loading to my car. Its one of my main places to eat but my appreciation for the store and the staff has highly grown from my experience.
