We recently returned from a trip to Hawaii and was very happy to find Hokulia Shave Ice! We were missing the shave ice we had in Oahu. Tasted wonderful and great service. ?

Super good shave ice & real nice people
The man taking the order was not wearing a mask and kept coughing openly and didn’t cover his mouth at all. He kept wiping his runny nose up and down his arm while both taking our order and giving it as well. The ice is stored behind him with the case open. We just threw our orders away. Even if we weren’t in the middle of a pandemic this was disgusting and showed that they weren’t at all hygienic or obeying basic kitchen safety standards. The food inspector would have a field day at this place if they bothered checking in.
