I love this place!! Service is always great, awesome salads, great smoothies, relaxing atmosphere!!
It's a very confusing and overwhelming experience. The menu is way too big and convoluted and it's causing long waits to get anything made. There's just stuff all over the counter and it's unclear where to wait, where to order, the checkout tablet is not where you actually place the order, the music is loud, the employees are stressed, there's unorganized mess everywhere, garbage is overflowing, the free tea and aloe water was a little awkward... IDK, It's just not a good experience. That being said, my smoothie is good.
This place has a very impressive selection of healthy/natural food and supplements. The stuff they put in their smoothies is top notch and everything tastes great! Plus half off entree if you buy a smoothie is a great deal.

Went here last week after a fitness class next door. This place does not acknowledge customers who enter the through the door. I had a similar experience in the past but I thought that Healthy Life Shakes & Café deserved another chance since my job In-Shape next door was advertising them. I didn’t get a "Welcome in!" or "I’ll get to you in a bit" greeting. I was there a long time and also noticed that the employees did the same to another customer. It’s understandable that a lot of restaurants are hurting for labor and they probably have to settle with the bad customer service employees.

Fantastic food and great smoothies. Definitely going back. They are a bit slow to make things but worth the wait - just know that going in if you're on a time crunch.
My hat’s off to this small business. The owner was extremely personable, gracious, and had many solid recommendations for our breakfast meal and shakes. It was healthy food with exceptional flavor at a more than reasonable price.It just may be our new meet up area for team brunches.
Didn’t know they were there, popped in after workout and wow! What a great little place. Fresh made foods and drinks that are not only healthy but delicious. Can’t wait to go back for more.
