Y’all catered my mothers 80th birthday yesterday, and everything was amazing. Great food, generous portions, well packed for travel. We’ve always loved your food, but this was extra great! Thank you. We will be back.
Good food for a great price. Just don't ever call less than 30 minutes before they close or they will put you on hold and never come back to the phone. it's happened to me 3x now. I called 20 minutes before they closed to order some spamasubi and was put on hold and order was never placed. Guess I will be going back to the other Hawaiin resturant.
Good food, good sized portions. Not as Hawaiian family feeling as Keanu's was but still worth going to.Update: Had teriyaki chicken & BBQ beef this time. Still good, still large portions. FYI, Teriyaki & BBQ chicken are the same thing except that teriyaki comes with sauce on the side. Same price, so may as well get the sauce.
Food is good but they have a horrible smell in the lobby. We wanted to eat there even though there were only 3 tables but the smell killed that vibe. We ended up eating in the car before heading back home to Vallejo from shopping in Vacaville. 4 stars because the smell killed it for me dining in...

I am here waiting to take away, where are they chatting and laughing. I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes. They don't care about the customer's time.
Bad customer service. Bunch of teenagers with no customer service skills or common sense to greet and be friendly to paying customers. Claims items on menu are not available and very rude. Waited outside for food to be prepared and was ignored when I came back in , while my food sat on the rack and the employees stood around doing nothing. No one even looked up at me . I choose here over L&L to try to support a small business but should of gone to L&L. They at least give you customer service and items on menu are available and I won't be straight up ignored. I had a great experience prior and my advice to owner is get better employees that care about your business and customers. Food can be good but customer service experience always leaves a lasting impression. Won't be coming back
