We have been visiting this store since 2015. Not consistent at all. Bathroom usually dirty, out of paper towel. Drinks are sometimes Flat. The bun is not toasted, too soft. And the meat is usually cold. U watch 5 employees working to make fresh food, but somehow it is not perfect like In&Out or Chick/Fillet. And yes overpriced compared to the competition.
OMG! Overpriced ($42 for 2 burger and 1 order fries) cold burger and burnt French fries!!Really bad quality!No paper towel in the bathroom !It was really cold, the air conditioner was on and I was frizzing.Very disappointing.
Updating because one of the store managers was more than helpful when helping me! I had tried to place an order online but it didnt let me. There was a discrepancy in the online price and over the phone. I showed the cashier and he took off a burger i didnt order, he accidentally duplicated it, but the total was still off. I didnt feel like arguing it so i just paid. Got home and the receipt showed 4 burgers when like i had said at the store, there were only supposed to be 3. Wouldnt be a big deal but they didnt even give us the burger… so I was overcharged and shorted what i was overcharged it was crazy. Called the next morning and the store manager, with the help from the very nice woman who assisted me in the beginning, are fixing the issue!
I really like the food. I had been to the location in Fairfield and had always been happy with the food. I just so happened to be in the area after getting off of work, so I decided to go get a cheeseburger and fries from them. Ordered pretty quick. The guy at the counter was very nice. Would definitely go back to this location in the future.
The french fries are super good. The burger was a little bit overcooked and not very well put together with the bun. The place was relatively clean.
Just had the pleasure of meeting Raven, the shift Manager at Vacaville Five Guys. She is the most professional, kind and accommodating Manager any establishment could hope to have. Even in the midst of oncoming guests she handled a hectic situation with such professionalism and the utmost customer service. Raven is very much an asset to the company, you should stop by to have a bite and say hi! You won't be disappointed!
The location is near everything, you can power up your strength and continue shopping
I have been to this location a few times in hopes it would improve. My order today came out so poorly I'm not going back.The meat patties were cooked too high too quickly and were burnt. I asked for extra mayo and ketchup yet the burger barely had any. The mushrooms on my husband's burger were also somehow burnt as well as the patties.Salted fries had no salt at all but fine, a person can add their own. We have tried this location as I said a few times hoping it would improve. Clearly, that hasn't been the case.When one pays $30 or more for food and it is consistently bad? Fool me once, shame on me.
There were only 2 guys and 1 girl there. Girls can be guys too but I expected at least 5 humans to be there :( It's okay though, the food was great. My burger absolutely shmurdered. Thanks 2 guys and 1 girl.
I been to some 5 guys and this is by far the best service I have ever had and they no how to put a good hamburger together ??✅
