Asked for three salsas..i ordered a good amount of food and only gave me 1 tiny cup of salsa...food tasted old...u know when your hungry and when u finally get the food it is soo gud?..well this was the 2nd time this happened when the food is soggy..tasted like its been sitting for a while...the mash potatoes where not so gud (my wife enjoyed it so it was probably just me)...never will i go back there again...drive thru lady was very polite. She gets 5 stars . Other than that..?????!!...used to b gud!...
We always loved the family meal and family feast is even better. Everything is so consistently good. We just wish the meal included a little more rice. Next time we'll have to get more rice. I can't really complain. Despite that it's still a good amount of food especially for the money. The churros are soooo good. I have to get more of those next time too. Thank you guys.
I had a free evening, so decided to try their double avocado and chicken salad. It was really good. I liked the green sauce that came with it, but I did add Pico salsa. I would get it again. Service was quick.
2 stars only because i like Polllo Loco chicken but the service at the drive-through at this location needs work. I know wait times vary and staffing is also a variable but at least acknowledge the vehicle in the drive-through specially when you're the only one their instead of getting crickets. We ended up leaving instead.
We waited over 40 minutes in the drive-thru and received cuckrn tortilla soup with rice in it (which never comes with rice) and 0 tortillas... This is the worst of the multiple El Pollo Loco locations I have been to. I even ordered ahead. There was no point. Do yourself a favor and go to Panda Express next door.
1 Star Because I went in the drive through which took Over 30 minutes for some reason on my Way Out of town yesterday.. made a order for 2 Burria Boxes and a Burria Burrito Box and 2 BRC burritos and a side of broccoli chips and guacamole everything in my order was correct but they did NOT include the $9.99 burrito and I could not go back to get it since we were on the road. I called multiple times to let them know they didn’t give me my whole order that I paid for and no one would answer the phone. Food was okay but I’m out $10 and had a extra hungry person who didn’t get to eat so we had to buy more food somewhere else..
Food is good and is an affordable place to eat. A little more customer service would put it on top of fast food restaurants.
I love their nacho combo but lately I have been irritated the drive thru is advertised as open tol 10pm but lately they have been closing early sometimes around 930pm all while leaving the Drive Thru open light on. I don't understand why sone days they are open til 10 and others they aren't
Person taking my order at the drive thru had a problem hearing my order, so much noise from some kind of chopping inside. It was insane. Spent 5 minutes placing the order and it still was wrong. Food was tasty but not completed the way I ordered it. Probably won't return.
The chicken on this branch is super juicy compare to Fairfield which is dry and tiny. Regardless El Pollo is the best when it comes to grilled chicken!
