Went to walk up window and blonde lady was EXTREMELY disrespectful. She had told us that we could not use the walk up window because we came in a car. She had said very rudely with a tone “you can get back in your car and use the drive through”

I made the young lady taking my order aware that I've never been and asked for recommendations, my boyfriend and I were both extremely happy with her recommendations, seeing as we both have never visited a Dutch Bros we were wondering if the whole first time visiting was still "on the house"?
